Grilled Tilapia :
I used this stuff : You can change according to your choice .
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tilapias Midium Size ...
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 3 Green Chilies [ add to taste if you need more Hot can add more ]
- 1 cup of grated American cheese or Mozzarella
- 1 Lime
- Cilantro or Coriander Leaves Fresh : Half of the bundle .
- Yogurt or Any Salad Dressing u like : Ranch or else
- Oil or Butter
- Ginger - Garlic Paste according to ur liking
- Salt to taste.
- You can add grated pineapple.
DIRECTION:
- Wash and pat dry the fish. Cut a few slits into the fish on both sides at a slight angle to allow the fish to cookfaster and split the fish from the middle and marinate it with salt and lime juice for a while.
- Preheat the oven; grease a baking dish with oil or butter.
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients: yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, and chopped cilantro - make it like a paste.
- Now place the fish in to that Greased baking dish , put that paste into middle of the fish, and excess paste spread on the top and sprinkle the cheese after that on the top , add some oil or butter.
- Put it into the oven for an hour or so with medium heat [Please control the temperature according to your oven] after 30min put another coating of butter or oil and again bake it for a while until its looks brown with some black burned spots :D …
- Enjoy with some Mojito or Caipirinha or with White Rum + coke… Trust me it should make your evening splendid…
